1. Take care of your eyes

2. Eyes having relation with your diet
What you eat, this has a very deep relation to your eyes. eating vitamin A food will keep your eyes healthy. with this you must include in your diet foods having a proper quantity of vitamin c, vitamin e, copper, zinc, etc in your daily eating habits. you can also prefer carrots, eggs, pumpkins, green leafy vegetables and sweet potatoes daily, in which carrot is a must to consume. if you are a non-vegetarian than taking fish on a regular interval can be of great benefit for you.

Eyes do also have muscles and to keep them fit you must try a few exercises of the eyes. if you try some eye exercises early morning or while going to bed then you can achieve good results. if you continue your exercise for at least a month than you can see improvement in your eyesight. first of all, close your eyes with your palm than try some exercises for eye muscles.

5. Give rest to your eyes
In between of works, giving some rest to your eyes is a good step. you can rest your eyes for a minutes in every hour. if your job requires sitting in front of computer and reading from the screen than do follow this step several time within an hour, this will help giving your eyes some relief. at first you would get astonished hearing this, but doing the above frequently will give less burden on your eyes and they will feel healthy for a longer time.
6. Enough sleep is necessary
Your eyes requires much and quality of sleep. the way our bbody requires some quality and sound sleep the same goes with our eyes, our eyes too requires quality rest. when our body gets enough sleep it reqires than our eyes too are ready to work with more efficiency. after a lengthy work or in between our eyes too requires some rest.
7. Be in a good environment
You must have known many things which are present around us in the environment are not good for our eyes. sitting infront of computer for long hours, letting water in the swimming pool into our eyes, reading in a low light system, floroscent lights, etc. are some of the things which are very harmful for the eyes. you shold not keep these type of materials within us.
8. Say no to smoking
Do you know that your eyes may have a bad effect due to smoking. smoking may cause a growing cataract and too increases the chance of macular degeneration. our body contains many types of antioxidents which are benefitial for our eyes. smoking is bad for our health and it should not be done.
9. Have a continuous check-up
